Instant vs scheduled delivery, and how to filter for fast sellers.
Delivery speed depends on the product type and how the account is provisioned.
Instant delivery (under 5 minutes)
Products marked "Instant" are pre-stocked. Once payment clears, credentials are assigned from our pool automatically. You'll see them on the confirmation page.
Manual delivery (up to 24 hours)
Some products require our team to provision an account specifically for you. This happens when:
You'll get a notification when delivery is complete. The status on your order page changes from Pending → Delivered.
Why we show 24h as the estimate
We display 24 hours as a conservative estimate for all manual deliveries. In practice most are fulfilled within 1–4 hours during business hours.
If it's been more than 24 hours
Open Messages from the order page and send us a message. We'll investigate and either deliver or refund immediately.
