Why is my payout delayed?
Common reasons and how to fix them.
Affiliate commissions are added to your wallet balance automatically once the referred order is confirmed as paid.
Common reasons for a delayed commission
1. Order still pending
Commissions are only minted after the order status changes to "paid". If the referred buyer hasn't completed payment yet, the commission is held.
2. Refund window
Commissions are confirmed after the buyer's 30-day refund window closes. If the referred order is refunded, the commission is reversed.
3. Referral code wasn't applied
The buyer must sign up via your referral link or enter your code at checkout. If they signed up directly, the referral won't be tracked retroactively.
4. Account verification pending
In some cases, we hold commissions until your account identity is verified. Check your Settings for any pending verification steps.
Checking your balance
Go to Wallet → History to see all credited and debited transactions, including commission entries with the referring order ID.
Withdrawing your balance
Minimum withdrawal is $10. Payouts are processed to PayPal, bank transfer, or crypto. Initiate a withdrawal from the Wallet page. Processing takes 1–3 business days.
