When and how to escalate to our team.

CheapSubs is a managed marketplace — our team handles all fulfillment directly. If something goes wrong, you're reporting to us, not to a third-party seller.

When to escalate

Credentials were never delivered after 24 hours.

The delivered account is already in use by someone else.

You received credentials for the wrong product.

You notice unusual account activity after receiving your credentials.

How to report

Go to Orders and open the relevant order.

Click Message us about this order.

Describe the issue clearly — include screenshots if possible.

Our trust & safety team reviews reports within 2 hours.

What happens next

We investigate the issue internally.

If a quality failure is confirmed, you receive a replacement or a full refund.

Repeat quality failures trigger internal reviews of our provisioning process.

Abuse policy

False reports made to exploit the refund system are taken seriously and may result in account suspension.
