Our refund policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription products. If the credentials don't work, the account gets revoked, or you're not satisfied, you're covered.
Automatic refunds
If our system detects that a credential failed (delivery error, invalid login), a refund is triggered automatically and hits your wallet or original payment method within 3–5 business days.
