Switching to another seller mid-subscription

We handle migrations automatically — here's the flow.

Since CheapSubs is a managed marketplace (not a peer-to-peer platform), "switching sellers" means switching to a different subscription plan or account type we offer.

Why you might want to switch

Your current plan's price increased.

You want a longer duration (e.g., monthly → annual).

Your credentials stopped working and you want a fresh account.

How to switch plans

Go to Orders and find your current subscription.

Open a chat from the order page.

Tell us what you'd like to switch to.

We'll check availability, apply any pro-rata credit from your current subscription, and set up the new account.

What happens to your current access?

Your old credentials remain active until we confirm the new ones are working. We do a handoff — not a cutover — so you're never left without access during the transition.

Cost adjustments

If you switch to a more expensive plan, you pay the difference. If you switch to a cheaper plan, the overpayment goes to your wallet as credit.

Timeline

Most switches are completed within 2 hours. Complex migrations (e.g., account data transfers) can take up to 24 hours.
