Pausing your storefront (vacation mode)
Take time off without losing your listings.
As CheapSubs is a managed marketplace, there are no individual seller storefronts to pause. However, if you're an affiliate partner who promotes specific products, here's what you need to know.
Your referral link stays active
Your referral link never expires and doesn't need to be paused. If someone uses it while you're away, you'll still earn the commission.
Pausing active promotions
If you run paid ads or scheduled social posts pointing to your referral link, you can pause those directly in the platform you use (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.). Your CheapSubs affiliate account doesn't need any changes.
Wholesale or API partners
If you have a direct inventory integration with us and need to pause orders, contact your account manager or email cheapsubs@proton.me at least 48 hours in advance.
Notification preferences
While you're away, you may want to adjust your email notifications so you don't miss commission alerts. Go to Settings → Notifications to customize which emails you receive.
Coming back
There's nothing to re-enable. Your referral link and commission tracking are always on.
