Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using CheapSubs. It applies to all users — buyers and sellers. By using the platform you agree to this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service.

Permitted uses

• ✓Browse, purchase, and use subscription slots for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
• ✓Leave honest reviews and feedback on orders.
• ✓Contact support for help with orders or account issues.
• ✓Refer friends and earn rewards through the referral programme.

Prohibited uses

• ✗Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing credentials you receive.
• ✗Sharing access with anyone outside your own household.
• ✗Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the platform.
• ✗Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, referral credits, or refund policies.
• ✗Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the platform's security.
• ✗Uploading, transmitting, or linking to malware, spam, or illegal content.
• ✗Impersonating CheapSubs, another user, or any third party.
• ✗Using the platform for any unlawful purpose under the laws of England and Wales.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates this AUP, without prior notice. We may also refer serious violations to law enforcement authorities. Banned accounts forfeit any wallet balance or pending orders.

Reporting abuse

If you believe another user is violating this policy, please report it via our support channels. We investigate all reports.
