Acceptable Use Policy

• Browse the catalogue and purchase subscription access for your own personal use.
• Use the referral programme to share your unique link and earn commissions.
• Contact our team for support via the messaging system or email.
• Request a refund in good faith if your access does not work as described.

The following activities are not permitted and will result in account suspension and, where applicable, legal action:

Credential misuse

• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the credentials or invite links you receive from us.
• Using delivered credentials on multiple devices simultaneously in a way that could trigger the provider’s fraud detection or get the account banned.
• Attempting to change passwords or account details to lock out other users of the same shared plan.

Platform abuse

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers, welcome discounts, or the refund guarantee.
• Submitting false or exaggerated refund claims in bad faith.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform, scrape data, or place orders.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users’ accounts or to our administrative systems.

Illegal and harmful conduct

• Using the platform for any purpose that violates UK law or applicable international law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing our staff or other users.
• Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, or any harmful code.

If you participate in the affiliate programme, you must also comply with the following:

• Honest promotion — You must not make false or misleading claims about CheapSubs when promoting your referral link.
• No spam — You must not send unsolicited bulk emails or messages containing your referral link.
• Disclosure — Where required by applicable law (e.g. the UK ASA/CAP rules on affiliate disclosure), you must clearly disclose that you earn a commission when someone purchases via your link.
• No self-referrals — Creating secondary accounts to generate commissions on your own purchases is prohibited.
• No targeting of minors — You must not promote CheapSubs in channels primarily used by people under 18.

If we identify a breach of this policy, we may take one or more of the following actions, depending on severity:

• Issue a warning.
• Reverse commissions or wallet credits generated in violation of this policy.
• Suspend or permanently terminate your account.
• Withhold pending payouts where fraud is suspected.
• Report the matter to law enforcement or relevant regulatory bodies.

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email.
