Terms of Service

CheapSubs (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a digital marketplace for subscription access. You can reach us at cheapsubs@proton.me.

We resell access to subscription plan slots — family plan invitations, household add-on slots, and licensed multi-user seats — for software and digital services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of the subscription providers whose services appear on the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to place an order. By using the platform you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You may create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions or the refund guarantee is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When you place an order, you are purchasing access to a subscription plan slot for the duration specified at checkout. After payment is confirmed:

• Instant products — credentials or an invite link are delivered automatically, usually within minutes.
• Manual products — our team provisions access specifically for you, typically within 24 hours. You will receive a notification when delivery is complete.

An order confirmation email is sent to the address you provide at checkout. This email constitutes your receipt. Keep it for your records.

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and include all applicable charges. There are no hidden platform fees or service surcharges added at checkout.

Payment is processed by Whop, our PCI DSS-compliant payment partner. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cryptocurrency. We never store your full card number.

If you are paying from outside the United States, your bank or card issuer will handle currency conversion. Any conversion fees are applied by your bank, not by us.

If you are purchasing as a consumer in the United Kingdom, the following statutory rights apply:

• Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If access does not work as described, you are entitled to a repair (replacement), a price reduction, or a refund.
• 14-day cancellation right — Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital content purchase. By requesting immediate delivery at checkout, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and that you lose this statutory right upon access being provided. Our voluntary 30-day guarantee (below) gives you substantially more protection.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. If there is any conflict between these terms and your statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail.

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription products. You are covered if:

• Access is never delivered.
• Credentials or the invite link do not work on delivery.
• The plan is revoked or downgraded within the subscription period.
• There is a significant discrepancy between what was described and what was delivered.

To request a refund, open the order in your account and send us a message. We aim to respond within a few hours. Refunds are credited to your CheapSubs wallet (instant) or back to your original payment method (1–5 business days).

The following are not covered by the guarantee:

• Platform bans arising from your violation of the subscription provider’s terms of service (e.g. sharing credentials with others, using a VPN to change your region).
• Change of mind after access has been used.
• Claims submitted more than 30 days after the order date.

The subscription access you purchase is for your personal use only. You must not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute the credentials or invite link we provide to you.
• Use the access in a way that violates the subscription provider’s terms of service.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our pricing data or product catalogue at scale.
• Submit false refund claims or abuse the guarantee in bad faith.
• Use automated tools to place orders or interact with the platform.

Registered users may participate in our affiliate programme by sharing their unique referral link. When a new user signs up via your link and places a paid order, you earn a commission of 10% of the order subtotal, credited to your CheapSubs wallet.

Key rules:

• Commission is credited once the referred order is confirmed as paid.
• If the referred order is refunded, the corresponding commission is reversed.
• Attribution is first-touch: the first referral link a user clicks is the one credited.
• Wallet balances can be withdrawn to PayPal, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency once the balance reaches $10.
• You must not promote CheapSubs using spam, misleading advertising, or by targeting minors.
• We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions that we reasonably believe were generated fraudulently.

You are solely responsible for declaring any earnings from the affiliate programme to your relevant tax authority.

All content on CheapSubs — including logos, text, graphics, and code — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by UK and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

Third-party trademarks (Netflix, Spotify, etc.) belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the platform does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any loss arising out of your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, lost profits, or loss of opportunity. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

CheapSubs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any subscription provider featured on the platform. The availability and features of third-party services may change without notice. We are not responsible for changes to a provider’s terms of service, service disruptions on their platform, or any decisions made by a provider regarding their products.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it informally — please contact us at cheapsubs@proton.me. If we cannot reach a resolution, you may refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body or bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.
