1. About us

CheapSubs (“we”, “us”) operates the website cheapsubs.net. By using cheapsubs.net you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CheapSubs. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at cheapsubs@proton.me if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Purchases and payments

All prices displayed are in USD ($) and include any applicable platform fees. By paying for our products and/or services you automatically agree to these Terms — not reading them before purchase is not an excuse. When you complete checkout you enter into a binding purchase agreement. We accept card payments (via Whop) and cryptocurrency payments (via OxaPay). You are responsible for following our payment instructions exactly, sending the correct amount, and covering any network or processing fees. Payment is held in escrow until your subscription access is confirmed delivered.

5. Delivery time

Delivery time starts from the moment your payment is confirmed. By default, delivery may take up to 48 hours unless a different time is specified in the product or service description. If your order has not yet been delivered, you may request a refund if we exceed the delivery time stated for that product.

6. Subscription access

You are purchasing a single slot on a shared subscription plan for personal use only. You must not:

• Share, resell, or transfer the credentials you receive to any third party.
• Use the access for any commercial purpose.
• Attempt to upgrade, downgrade, or otherwise modify the underlying subscription.
• Violate the terms of service of the underlying subscription provider.

If you change the plan on a linked account to something more expensive, every product you've bought on that account will be cancelled without refund and your CheapSubs account may be banned.

7. Refunds and warranty

Every product and service comes with a 2-week (14-day) warranty, starting from the moment you receive it. If, within that 14-day window, you receive a faulty product or one that doesn't match its description, you may be entitled to a replacement, compensation, or a refund, depending on the situation. Once the 14-day warranty has passed, we do not offer refunds, replacements, or compensation of any kind, for any reason — including if the subscription or access later fails, or if a provider changes its policies or revokes access, regardless of the billing term (monthly, 6-month, annual, or otherwise). If you delete the chat history of your order and can't show proof that we upgraded or delivered on a given account, we won't be able to action a warranty claim on it, since we have no way to confirm we serviced that account for you.

8. Liability when using products and services

You should use a VPN on every account or subscription we set up for you. We are not responsible for an account getting blocked or banned. Within the 14-day warranty period, we can continue a monthly subscription on a replacement account you provide, deducting one month from the remaining term since we are not refunded for the month already used. This is not possible for yearly subscriptions — if an account is banned while a yearly subscription is active, no refund is issued, as the service has already been paid for in full.

You are responsible for your accounts and must take reasonable care of them. We are not responsible for anything that happens to your accounts unless stated otherwise in the relevant product or service description, since we cannot determine which side of a shared account caused an issue. We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice; continued use of CheapSubs after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

YouTube and Spotify: once your account is successfully upgraded, our service is considered complete. If YouTube or Spotify change their internal policies or revoke access in the future, we are not able to offer refunds or replacements outside the 14-day warranty window, as this is a one-time activation.

Chargebacks filed instead of contacting us for a warranty claim will result in an account ban and may lead to further action to recover the disputed amount. Please contact support before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider.

9. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the platform to:

• Commit fraud or impersonate another person or entity.
• Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content.
• Circumvent or interfere with any security measure.
• Harvest other users' data.
• Engage in any illegal activity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

10. Intellectual property

All content on CheapSubs — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by CheapSubs or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

11. Disclaimers

CheapSubs is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. We are not the provider of the underlying subscription services and make no warranties regarding their continuous availability or features. The platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CheapSubs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the Site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
