Frequently asked questions
- How do I change my email address?
- Go to Account → Settings and update your email. You'll receive a confirmation link at the new address before the change takes effect.
- I forgot my password.
- On the sign-in page, click 'Forgot password' and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.
- How do I top up my wallet?
- Go to Account → Wallet and choose an amount to add. Wallet funds can be used at checkout and are refunded there by default when a dispute is approved.
- How do I turn off email notifications?
- Go to Account → Notifications and toggle the email types you don't want. Note: order confirmation and refund emails cannot be disabled as they are transactional.
- Can I delete my account?
- Yes. Email cheapsubs@proton.me from your registered address with the subject 'Account deletion request'. We'll process it within 30 days in line with UK GDPR.
- How do I view my order history?
- All past orders are listed in Account → Orders, sorted by most recent.
