Order statuses explained
- Pending
- Payment is being processed.
- Paid
- Payment confirmed — awaiting delivery.
- Delivered
- Access credentials have been sent to you.
- Completed
- Order confirmed complete. Seller has been paid.
- Disputed
- A dispute has been opened. Our team is reviewing.
- Refunded
- A full refund has been issued to your payment method.
Frequently asked questions
- Where can I find my order details?
- All orders are listed in your account under My Orders. Each order page shows the status, delivery details, and any messages from the seller.
- My order says 'Delivered' but I haven't received anything.
- Check the order page on your account dashboard — credentials are displayed there, not just by email. If you still see nothing, open a dispute from the order page.
- How long does delivery take?
- Most orders are delivered automatically within 5 minutes. Manual orders (where the seller needs to prepare access) can take up to 24 hours. The listing states which type it is.
- Can I cancel an order after placing it?
- Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed, as delivery is usually instant. If you have an issue, use the 14-day Buyer Protection to open a dispute instead.
- The credentials I received don't work.
- Open a dispute from your order page immediately. Our team will investigate and either provide working credentials or issue a full refund.
- Can I buy the same subscription again when it expires?
- Yes. Simply purchase it again from the marketplace. Some sellers offer renewals at a discount to existing customers.
