Every order on CheapSubs is protected by our 14-day Buyer Protection policy. If something goes wrong, we make it right — quickly. Full details are on the Buyer Protection page.
How to request a refund
- 1.Go to My Orders and open the relevant order.
- 2.Click Open dispute and select the reason (access not working, wrong item, etc.).
- 3.Our team reviews the dispute and responds within 24 hours. We may ask for a screenshot or brief description.
- 4.Once approved, choose wallet credit (instant) or a refund to your original payment method (3–5 business days).
Frequently asked questions
- How long does a refund take?
- Once approved, refunds to your CheapSubs wallet are instant. Refunds to your original card or crypto wallet typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
- Can I get a refund to my wallet instead of my card?
- Yes. When your dispute is approved, you can choose to receive the refund as CheapSubs wallet credit for instant use on future orders, or back to your original payment method.
- What if I changed my mind?
- Change-of-mind refunds are not covered by Buyer Protection. However, if the subscription hasn't been delivered yet, contact support and we'll do our best to help.
- Can I dispute after 14 days?
- Buyer Protection covers disputes raised within 14 days of delivery. After this window, we're unable to offer refunds, replacements, or any other compensation.
- My account was suspended by the subscription provider. Can I get a refund?
- If your account was suspended because you violated the provider's terms (e.g. by sharing credentials further), refunds are not covered. If it was suspended due to the seller's fault, you are fully covered.
