How to keep your account safe and what to do if something looks wrong.

Security best practices

Use a strong, unique password

Your CheapSubs password should be different from any other service. Use a password manager if possible — they generate and store strong passwords securely.

Watch out for phishing

CheapSubs will never ask for your password via email, Discord, or live chat. If you receive a message asking for your login details, do not respond — report it to us immediately.

Keep credentials private

Do not share the subscription credentials you receive with anyone else. This protects you legally and prevents your access from being revoked.

Review active sessions

If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, change your password immediately and contact support. We can terminate all other active sessions.

Verify email senders

All CheapSubs emails come from @cheapsubs.net addresses. Be sceptical of lookalike domains (e.g. cheap-subs.net, cheapsubs.co).
